MOSTAR, July 3 (Hina) - The Mostar city election commission
decided after several hours of discussion on Wednesday to nullify
the results of Sunday's election at the polling station in the
German capital Bonn, commission chairman Reuf Zaimovic said.
Zaimovic said that four members of the commission had voted
in favour of the proposal while three were against.
A report by the election commission in Bonn showed that
there were 26 ballots more than voters, he added.
Article 77 of the Bosnian Election Law regulates that the
results of elections shall be annulled at those polling stations
where there is at least one ballot more than the number of
registered voters.
Zaimovic said that if the Bonn results were nullified, then
the election for entire Mostar should also be annulled.
