PLOCE, March 15 (Hina) - A large merchant ship called the "Araya" on Friday sailed into the Ploce harbour from the US port of Galvestone, carrying 31,700 tons of wheat as humanitarean help for Bosnia-Herzegovina. This was the largest
amount of humanitarean help ever brought to the Ploce port. The help was sent to victims of war in Bosnia by a specialized organization of the UN, called the World Food Programme.
PLOCE, March 15 (Hina) - A large merchant ship called the "Araya"
on Friday sailed into the Ploce harbour from the US port of
Galvestone, carrying 31,700 tons of wheat as humanitarean help for
Bosnia-Herzegovina.
This was the largest amount of humanitarean help ever brought
to the Ploce port. The help was sent to victims of war in Bosnia by
a specialized organization of the UN, called the World Food

Road carriers from Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina will
transport the wheat into factories in Bihac, Mostar, Tuzla, Bugojno
and Sarajevo every day over the next two months.
The World Food Program office in Ploce announced that another
US merchant ship will soon arrive in the port from Houston,
carrying 12,000 tons of flour, cooking oil, beans and other
foodstuffs for Bosnia-Herzegovina.
