Murphy said the goal of the TV station was to enable the
full freedom of speech and boost democracy of the forthcoming
elections. However, it was planned that the station would
continue to broadcast after the new government was elected so
that it could secure a constant democratic dialogue and
broadcasting of different opinions, Murphy said.
