SARAJEVO, March 1 (Hina) - The Foreign Minister of Bosnia- Herzegovina, Jadranko Prlic and the Romanian Foreign Minister and Vice Premier, Teodor Malescanu, signed a joint statement on the establishment of diplomatic relations at the
ambassadors' level in Sarajevo last night. Bosnia-Herzegovina and Romania wanted to strengthen and develop friendly relations and overall cooperation, a statement from Prlic's cabinet said.

Herzegovina, Jadranko Prlic and the Romanian Foreign Minister and
Vice Premier, Teodor Malescanu, signed a joint statement on the
establishment of diplomatic relations at the ambassadors' level in
Sarajevo last night. Bosnia-Herzegovina and Romania wanted to
strengthen and develop friendly relations and overall cooperation,

The Romanian foreign minister is the first Romanian official
to arrive in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Malescanu met with highest Bosnian
state officials and discussed with them possibilities of overall
cooperation as well as the implementation of the Dayton Agreement.
