A member of the OSCE delegation, Elizabeth Pryor, said that
the journalist was in good condition. He claimed he had not been
maltreated, she said, adding that the Serb authorities had not
started any legal proceedings against the journalists nor had the
OSCE delegation been presented with documents proving his guilt.
The OSCE delegation talked with Delic in the presence of
international police forces.
The OSCE would continue to work on the release of all persons
for whom there was no evidence that they had committed criminal
acts. Journalist had to enjoy full security at work, Pryor added.
Hidajet Delic was arrested by the Bosnian Serbs shortly after
two of Serb army high officers had been extradited to The Hague
Criminal Court on suspicion of war crimes.
