Orucevic said in a letter that he had offered to resign his
post during talks in Rome at the weekend.
But he stressed that "my resignation is not directed against
the decision reached in Rome, but is my personal attitude."
"If all agreements are observed, Mostar will certainly be a
unified town organized on European principles which will
guarantee a better future to all its citizens," Orucevic said.
