A meeting of Koschnick's 15-member advisory council was called
for Tuesday, when Koschnick is expected to make public his decision
on the boundaries of six municipalities and the central district in
Mostar.
Brajkovic said he believed that Koschnick could not make the
decision on Tuesday. Stressing the need to observe the Dayton Peace
Agreement, Brajkovic said that the Croatian side could not accept
the term "district". The idea of joint institutions - town, canton
and Federation authorities - being set up in the same buildings
would be acceptable. He held that the Croatian and Moslem sides
should provide half of the necessary facilities each for the use of
joint institutions.
Orucevic said that the biggest stumbling block was still the
size of the central district, where the institutions would be
located. He added that he believed that Koschnik would have to
decide on the issue of municipalities in the end.
