Holbrooke and Tudjman discussed the events in Sarajevo,
concerning apprehension of two senior Bosnian Serb officers, and
the situation in the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Holbrooke said that the Bosnian government had announced to
adopt so-called "rules of the road", in order to avoid possible
misunderstandings about who might and who might not be apprehended.
Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic, who had also attended
the talks, said that Holbrooke was informed about the bill on
cooperation with the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague
(ICTY) which had been put to the parliamentary procedure.
"Croatia entirely supports the ICTY's efforts," Granic
stressed.
"We also discussed how to strengthen the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina and to find a honest compromise for the situation in
Mostar," Granic said.
