SARAJEVO, Feb 7 (Hina) - President of the Federation of Bosnia- Herzegovina, Kresimir Zubak, Wednesday said that the EU Administrator of Mostar, Hans Koschnik, had to take in the consideration Federation Constitution, the Brussels
memorandum and the Dayton peace accord when he had made decision on the set-up of Mostar. "Koschnick must have based his solution on those documents, and in case he deviated from that by constituting a new zone, he made a mistake," Zubak told on Bosnian television while commenting on Koschnik's decision late this evening.

Zubak stressed that he had not been yet informed of the
contents of Koschnik's solution and warned that the EU
Administrator had earlier made a political mistake when he
abandoned his former proposal being under the pressure of the
Bosniac (Moslem) side.
Commenting on the latest developments in Mostar following the
announcement of Koschnick's decision this morning, the Federation
President said he did not personally approve of protest rallies as
methods and means, particularly when they can lead to serious
incidents. Zubak added that the decision (of Koschnik) could be
changed by other means.
