SARAJEVO, Jan 20 (Hina) - Commenting on the current relations in
the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Federation's President,
Kresimir Zubak, said on Saturday that due to incidents in Usora and
Mostar the entire project had been deadlocked, but not jeopardized.
"After all what we have undertaken, I am optimistic and hope
that we shall soon agree on the organization of Mostar as a city
with six municipalities," Zubak told the Sarajevo-based Bosnian
Radio.
He added that Croat authorities in western part of Mostar
believed that help of police from the Republic of Croatia was not
necessary for putting in order the situation in the city, as those
local leaders claimed that they could ensure the full freedom of
movement and the establishment of the joint police force.
