U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke arrived in
Zagreb and after meeting Croatian President Franjo Tudjman said he
was convinced that the military part of the agreement would be
fulfilled, while civilian aspects were still too premature to
comment on.
Holbrooke said he and Tudjman discussed Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina, stressing his "concern" over the issue.
Though saying that the "freedom of movement in the Federation
was improving daily," he added he was still not completely
satisfied with the developments.
Also discussed was the issue of eastern Slavonia, Holbrooke
said.
