The two sides, Bosnian Federation's led by Brigadier Generals
Fikret Muslimovic and Ivica Primorac and Bosnian Serb led by
General Zdravko Tolimir, have reached an agreement on establishing
their respective liaison offices on the opposite side.
Both sides had also disclosed information on the five
categories of weapons, as defined in the Agreement on conventional
armed force in Europe (CFE). But, as the exchanged information had
apparently not met with the usual international criteria and could
hardly be independently verified, the diplomats with the
Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe had set up an
expert team due to visit Sarajevo next week.
The talks, due to end by Jan 26, would continue next week
focusing on a draft agreement prepared by chairman, Hungarian
ambassador Istvan Gyarmaty.
