SARAJEVO, Nov 4 (Hina) - The head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Robert Frowick, announced the beginning of the
campaign for a parliamentary election in the Bosnian Serb entity on
Monday evening.
A statement forwarded from the OSCE mission's seat to Sarajevo
media last night said that U.S. diplomat Frowick made the decision
on the beginning of the campaign being the chairman of the
provisional electorate commission that was organising and would
supervise the forthcoming election.
The election for the assembly of the Republic of Srpska is scheduled
for 22 and 23 November.
The provisional electorate commission confirmed the participation
of a total of 49 political parties, party coalitions and
independent candidates at the election.
