MOSTAR, Oct 29 (Hina) - OSCE mission chief Robert Frowick visited
Mostar on Wednesday where he met for talks with head of the
Hercegovina-Neretva Canton Fatima Leho, her deputy Zeljko Raguz,
Mostar mayor Ivan Prskalo and his deputy Safet Orucevic.
The closed-door meeting also involved the head of the Mostar office
of the international High Representative, Martin Garrod, and the
head of the OSCE regional office, David Foley.
Frowick told reporters after the talks that they discussed the
results of September municipal elections and their
implementation.
Frowick said that the situation was very complex, adding that the
implementation of the results of the municipal polls would also be
discussed at the highest level.
Garrod briefly said that it was most important at the moment to form
a city council according to the election results so that city
