ARE $ AS ZAGREB, Oct 2 (Hina) - The Croatian government at Thursday's closed session adopted a programme on the establishment of confidence, accelerated return of displaced persons and the normalisation of life in the war-ravaged areas of Croatia, the government's Communication's Office said in a statement Thursday. The government decided to dissolve the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Assembly. Half of the councillors resigned recently. Zlatko Pavelic was on Thursday appointed as commissioner for the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The government decided to extend the temporary ban on the export of wheat and flour. It also decided to sign a contract with the Zagreb Fair about the Croatian participation at the world exhibition EXPO 98 in Lisbon.
