Zagreb, July 16 (Hina) - The fourth meeting of the Joint Croatian- Yugoslav Commission for the implementation of article 7 of the Agreement on the Normalisation of Relations between Croatia and Yugoslavia took place in Zagreb on
Wednesday. The meeting was presided by the head of the Croatian part of the Joint Commission, Bozo Marendic. The Yugoslav delegation was headed by the Aide to the Yugoslav Justice Minister, Radivoj Radakovic, the Croatian Succession Office said in a statement.
Zagreb, July 16 (Hina) - The fourth meeting of the Joint Croatian-
Yugoslav Commission for the implementation of article 7 of the Agreement
on the Normalisation of Relations between Croatia and Yugoslavia took
place in Zagreb on Wednesday.
The meeting was presided by the head of the Croatian part of the
Joint Commission, Bozo Marendic.
The Yugoslav delegation was headed by the Aide to the Yugoslav
Justice Minister, Radivoj Radakovic, the Croatian Succession Office said

It was jointly established that the process of return of refugees
and displaced persons had begun and that it should be conducted in an
organised manner, which is why the procedure of the two-way return is to
be established through the cooperation of the Croatian government Office
for Refugees and Displaced Persons and the Serbian and Montenegrin
Refugees Commissariat.
The process is to be based on the basic principles of the Agreement
on the Operative Process of Return, which had been reached for the
Croatian Danubian area.
Concerning the establishment of the procedure for the sales of
real-estate of persons the article 7 pertains to, it was also agreed at
the meeting that a protocol on cooperation among relevant bodies for
mediation in the market of real-estate in Croatia and Yugoslavia be
discussed and established.
The participants of the meeting agreed on an agenda for the fifth
meeting of the Joint Commission which is to take place in Belgrade on 8
or 9 September this year, the statement said.
