At the request of the US executive director at the World Bank,
voting on the loan had been postponed, that is, had never been placed on
the agenda, Prka said.
He added that Croatia performed its business transactions through
the executive director from the Netherlands, who had been informed about
everything.
There are 24 executive directors at the World Bank.
