CROATIAN FINANCE MINISTER COMMENTS ON POSTPONED WORLD BANK LOAN

ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - Regarding the decision of the World Bank to postpone a US$ 30 million loan for the stimulation of private entrepreneurship in Croatia, Croatian Finance Minister Bozo Prka, told reporters after a government session on Thursday that the Croatian government was against bilateral relations between countries reflecting on financial businesses in independent financial institutions, such as the World Bank.
ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - Regarding the decision of the World Bank to postpone a US$ 30 million loan for the stimulation of private entrepreneurship in Croatia, Croatian Finance Minister Bozo Prka, told reporters after a government session on Thursday that the Croatian government was against bilateral relations between countries reflecting on financial businesses in independent financial institutions, such as the World Bank. #L# At the request of the US executive director at the World Bank, voting on the loan had been postponed, that is, had never been placed on the agenda, Prka said.
