The Bank's Administration Board had decided to postpone until
further notice a discussion on the US $ 30 million loan to Croatia,
State Department's spokesman, John Dinger, said in Washington on
Tuesday, adding that the decision had been followed by wide multi-
lateral support.
The US had requested the postponement because of Croatia's lack of
will to encourage the return of refugees, freedom of movement and
because of ... shortfalls in efforts to exert greater pressure on
Bosnian Croats to extradite war crimes suspects, Dinger said.
