CRO DEPUTY PREMIER RECEIVES BOSNIAN SERB ENTITY BISHOP

ZAGREB, Nov 16 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Premier Jure Radic and Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina (BH), bishop Franjo Komarica on Monday discussed in Zagreb the return of Croat exiled persons from north- western BH, the return of their property, and their accommodation in Croatia. Komarica also spoke about the very difficult position of the remaining Croats in NW BH, which is the territory of the Bosnian Serb entity. Authorities in the entity and the international community were entirely passive in enabling the return of Croats wanting to come back to their homes in the area, said the bishop. Radic emphasised Croatia would fully support all exiled and refugee Croats who want to return to their homes in the Bosnian Serb entity, as well as those settled in Croatia on the basis of a Croatian government decision. Croatia respected and would continue to respect the right to private property of its citizens, Radic said, but added Croatia would, based on its constitutional obligations, also continue to provide assistance to Croat refugees and displaced persons accommodated on its territory.
