REFUGEE RETURN PLAN MUST BE BINDING FOR BOTH BH ENTITIES - HDZ BIH

JAJCE, Oct 25 (Hina) - A comprehensive return plan, which would be binding for both Bosnian entities, is a precondition for the return of all refugees and displaced people, officials of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BiH) said in Jajce (central Bosnia) on Saturday. The HDZ BiH Presidency last night held a session in Jajce, at which it adopted a report of the Sub-Committee for Implementation of Annex 7 of the Dayton Peace Accords, and agreed to support the return of refugees and displaced people. The Presidency believes that "it is necessary for both entities to adopt a comprehensive return plan, which would be binding for all three sides, for the sake of just and implementable solutions on the state level". The HDZ BiH also supported the work of the commission for drawing up an agreement on special relations between Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The agreement must give a clear definition of Croatia's relationship towards the BH Federation and Croats living there, the party said. The party presidency also adopted a proposal for the appointment of Ivo Andric-Luzanski as BH Federation President, and the appointment of Dragan Covic as Federation Vice Premier and Finance Minister.
