SITUATION IN KOSOVO REMAINS DRAMATIC

( Editorial: --> 1149 ) PRISTINA, August 1 (Hina) - The Serbian military offensive in the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo has continued despite international efforts to end the crisis and promises by Belgrade that operations had ended, Albanian language newspapers in Pristina reported on Saturday.
