PRISTINA, July 19 (Hina) - There is a strong need for international
mediation to resolve the Kosovo question, the leader of an
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)
delegation said on Sunday.
Everyone talks about dialogue and the need for leading dialogue,
even though the positions of Serbs and Albanians are opposite and
very distant, Hans Eiff said in Sunday's edition of Pristina
Albanian language daily "Koha Ditore".
I understand the reasons why one part of the Albanian population has
decided to arm itself, but it is not good and makes the reaching of a
peaceful solution more difficult, Eiff assessed.
The OSCE delegation spent two days in Kosovo.
