ZAGREB, July 16 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic on
Thursday received ambassadors of the European Union Troika and
United States, accredited to Zagreb, and the head of the
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission
in Croatia.
The EU Troika ambassadors informed Granic about the stands of the
international community concerning participation in the
conference on reconstruction and development in Croatia and
stressed the importance of timely adoption of a reconstruction
plan, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Granic informed his guests about the course of implementation of
the refugee return programme, adding that Croatia started
organising its consular days in Banja Luka several days ago.
We expect an open and transparent reconstruction plan to be
announced next week, Granic said.
The Foreign Minister also informed his guests about the Croatian
Government measures aimed at consistent implementation of the
Dayton agreement.
Present at the meeting at Granic's side was also Assistant
Reconstruction and Development Minister Stjepan Sterc.
