Djukic described the suggested single seat for the Serb national
minority in the next composition of the Sabor as "the charity of
Croatian authorities". Djukic believes that the election bill,

According to the SNS president, some 420,000 Croatian Serbs have
Croatian citizenship certificates while the remaining 180,000 are
currently without citizenship because they neither have Yugoslav
nor Croatian citizenship. According to international regulations,
those people cannot lose their Croatian citizenship unless they
themselves apply for having their citizenship annulled, Djukic
said.
