BELGRADE, Sept 18 (Hina) - An association of Croatian Serbs in Yugoslavia has requested that all Serbs, who are citizens of Croatia, should exercise their right to vote at the coming election in the Republic of Croatia, no matter
where they are living. According to the association's statement, released by the Yugoslav news agency "Tanjug" on Saturday, "Serb refugees" must exercise their electoral rights in accordance to the Croatian Constitutional Law, the Croatian Government's Letter of Intent, UN documents and international acts. The association expressed its support to the Serb national council in Zagreb that insists on the proportional representation of Serbs in the Croatian National Sabor's House of Representatives. It expects from the international community to exert pressure on Croatia to enable Serb refugees to exercise their electoral rights.(hina) ms
