SARAJEVO, Sept 20 (Hina) - The international community's High Representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina, Wolfgang Petritsch, on Monday annulled the appointment of the new Justice Minister for the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Barisa
Colak, and Deputy Interior Minister Ivan Bacak. The two were recommended for the positions by the Croatian Democratic Union of BH and were accordingly appointed by the Federation's parliament last week, a statement from Sarajevo said. In the statement forwarded to Hina, the Office of the High Representative (OHR) noted the reason for the annulment of the appointment was due to violation of procedure which required prior approval of the High Representative. Federation President Ivo Andric Luzanski was requested by the OHR as soon as possible to submit the names of the candidates for the two offices. (hina) sp/ha jn
