ZAGREB, Sept 13 (Hina) - "This year's Autumn Fair demonstrates the continuation of the Zagreb Fair's successful tradition, which is, in its own way, an exhibition of overall Croatian economy", Croatian President Franjo Tudjman said
after visiting the 75th Zagreb Autumn Fair Monday. President Tudjman also visited the exhibition ground of the Republic of Turkey - the partner country at this year's fair. The President was welcomed by Turkish State Minister Fikret Uenlu and Turkish Ambassador to Croatia Selahattin Alpar. In a brief interview with reporters, President Tudjman denied claims that he himself had passed a decision on the introduction of zero Value Added Tax rate on bread, milk, medicines, and books.
