ZAGREB, Sept 7 (Hina) - Kresimir Krsnik, attorney for Mladen Naletilic Tuta, will by the end of this week submit an appeal with the Supreme Court against the ruling of the Zagreb County Court Council of September 1, which approved
Naletilic's extradition to The Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). According to unofficial sources, the court ruling was delivered to Krsnik's office today. According to the ICTY indictment, between April 1993 and January 1994, when he was the commander of the so-called convicts' brigade, Naletilic committed crimes against humanity, as well as serious violations of the Geneva Conventions and the law or customs of war in the territory of Bosnia-Herzegovina.(hina) jn rml
