ZAGREB, Sept 2 (Hina) - The Zagreb County Court Council on Wednesday decided to rule in favour of the request of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) for the extradition of Mladen Naletilic Tuta, as all
conditions from the Constitutional Law on Croatia's cooperation with the Tribunal have been met, and the deferral of Naletilic to the Tribunal has been granted, the County Court said in a statement Thursday. The state attorney, the defendant and his attorney have the right t appeal the decision within eight days. the appeal is then forwarded to the Croatian Supreme Court. The ICTY indicted Naletilic last year for crimes against humanity, grievous breaches of the Geneva Conventions and violations of war laws and customs.
