ZAGREB, June 13 (Hina) - The Croatian Association of (former) Political Prisoners (HDPZ) on Tuesday forwarded a letter of protest to the Argentinean Government, in which they expressed concern about media harassment and criminal
persecution of numerous Croats in Argentina, including Mirko Eterovic. According to the HDPZ, Croats, like Eterovic, who "were never suspected of war crimes and crimes against humanity, not even in the time of the worst communist ... abuse of justice and judiciary" are being persecuted. The HDZP condemned superficial and politicised judgements of personal responsibility of individual and groups, and demanded the Argentinean authorities to "provide consistent application of their own legislative, as well as the widely known international crime and humanitarian law".(hina) it jn
