SARAJEVO, June 17 (Hina) - The Serb member of Bosnia's Presidency, Zivko Radisic, recently made an attempt to annul an action Bosnia-Herzegovina brought against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) for aggression and genocide
before The Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. This news was disclosed to reporters in Sarajevo on Thursday by Adamir Jerkovic, Bosnian Presidency Muslim member Alija Izetbegovic's media advisor. During the last days of his mandate as Presidency chairman, Radisic, without the knowledge and consent of the other two Presidency members, through his representative informed Hague tribunal president Stephen Schwebel that "BH will not proceed in case of an action against the FRY."
