ZAGREB, June 15 (Hina) - Vinko Martinovic Stela has waived his right to appeal to the Zagreb County Court, which last week granted a request by the International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Martinovic's
extradition, Martinovic's attorney Branko Seric said in Zagreb on Tuesday. Martinovic's waiving his right to appeal means that the Zagreb County Court's decision on his extradition to the ICTY has become final. The date of his hand-over to the ICTY will be determined by the Justice Ministry, that is, the Government, which is bound by legal regulations to extradite the indictee to the ICTY, Seric explained.
