ZAGREB, June 28 (Hina) - The Croatian Defence and National Security Council (VONS) on Monday held a session on current issues under the chairmanship of Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, the President's Office said in a statement.
Participants in a debate on farmers' protests and the setting up of road blocks, which started last Saturday, said the farmers' demands toward the Government were unrealistic and unfounded. Setting up road and border crossing blocks constitutes the violation of laws and causes damage, especially to tourism and traffic, it was said at the session.(hina) rml
