ZAGREB, May 7 (Hina) - Several witnesses from abroad are expected to testify in the continuation of the trail of Dinko Sakic, accused by the Zagreb County Court of war crimes against civilians committed during World War Two. The trial is scheduled to resume on May 10, when two witnesses from Yugoslavia, Eduard Sajer from Belgrade and Josip Stjepanovic from Nis, are expected to testify, the vice president and spokesman of the Zagreb County Court, Damir Kos, told reporters in Zagreb on Friday. Josip Erlih and Mihajlo Maric, the first two Yugoslav witnesses who testified this week, confirmed that Sajer would answer the court summons, but were not sure about Stjepanovic. The Croatian Embassy in Tel Aviv notified the Zagreb County Court that Schwartz was willing to testify, but not at the appointed time, to which the court agreed. Kos said the other Israeli witness, Rosenberg, would probably not be able to arrive in Zagreb due to his poor health. (hina) ha jn
