VUKOVAR COUNTY COURT CASE - FIRST TRIAL ON INTERNET VUKOVAR, May 5 (Hina) - The trial of a group of 22 persons, charged with genocide and crimes against the civilian population, to start before the Vukovar County Court on May 25, will
be covered on the Internet, the Court president Ante Zeljko told reporters on Wednesday. Zeljko said this was the first trial on the Internet since its establishment. Of the 22 indictees, only one, Stevan Curnic, is in custody of the Osijek District Prison. Asked about the whereabouts of the other 21 indictees, Zeljko said the Osijek County Court had issued arrest warrants and ruled detention for the indictees during the period of peaceful reintegration of the area.
