ATTORNEY PRODANOVIC'S APPEAL TO BE SOLVED BY SUPREME COURT

ZAGREB, April 21 (Hina) - The trial against the former commander of the Jasenovac concentration camp during World War II, Dinko Sakic, will continue on May 3 before the Zagreb County Court. By this time the Croatian Supreme Court will have reached a decision on an appeal filed by attorney Cedo Prodanovic, deputy president of the County Court, Damir Kos, told reporters on Wednesday. Prodanovic appealed a decision by the panel of judges which did not accept injury status for six former concentration camp prisoners because they had not been named in the indictment. The six prisoners were Lea Prasek, Ildika Ivanja Petrovic, Nanad Poznanovic, Noema Massarola, Mihajlo Maric and Josip Erlich. Attorney Prodanovic is presenting an injured party, the brother of Mile Boskovic who had been killed in the Jasenovac camp in 1943.
