TIRANA, April 28 (Hina) - At least five Kosovo Liberation Army and Yugoslav Army members were killed in clashes in Kosovo, Albanian sources reported on Wednesday. The KLA New Agency Kosovapress reported heavy clashes between Albanian and Serb forces in northern Kosovo. According to the agency, one KLA senior official and one member of the special forces were killed, while another two KLA members were wounded. The KLA said that Serb forces suffered great losses, however no details were specified. KLA fighters killed three and wounded several Serb police officers during an operation near Malisevo, central Kosovo. Kosovapress also reported that Serb forces started shelling Pustenik, an Albanian village near the Macedonian border, on Tuesday. The two sides also clashed in villages near Drenica.
