SKOPLJE, April 6 (Hina) - There was no expected arrival of Kosovo refugees on Tuesday at the border crossing Jazinci near Tetovo, Macedonia, because the Yugoslav authorities have closed the border to Macedonia and started returning
refugees to Kosovo. The situation at the border crossing of Blace is still very difficult despite slight improvements. Most of the refugees have been transferred to newly-set up transit centres but the reception of new refugees continued over the day, along with the provision of medical help, food, clothing and basic toiletries. From Skoplje airport, 2,100 Kosovo refugees were today sent to Turkey while only 100 of the expected 600 have been sent to Norway.(hina) rml
