Speaking about priorities in internal policy, the SDA president said the party had to support the normalisation of relations between central state bodies of authority, re-examine the adoption of decisions by consensus in executive authorities, and improve relations with the Croatian partner in BH. The Bosniak leader also advocated urgent implementation of a state presidency decision on two-way return of 6,000 refugees to Sarajevo, Mostar and Banja Luka, and the drawing-up of a plan of exchange of refugees, which should facilitate the implementation of the arbitration decision on Brcko, a town in northern Bosnia- Herzegovina.
