Bosnia-Herzegovina will initiate the resolution of the most
relevant open questions with Croatia this year, SDA president and a
member of the collective Bosnia-Herzegovina state presidency,
Alija Izetbegovic said on Saturday.
The use of the Ploce port, property relations, citizenship and
border questions are SDA's basic tasks in the coming period as
regards relations with Croatia, Izetbegovic told a session of the
party's Main Committee in Sarajevo today.
He also supported the establishment of permanent contact with

the centre in Europe and the world.
Speaking about priorities in internal policy, the SDA president
said the party had to support the normalisation of relations
between central state bodies of authority, re-examine the adoption
of decisions by consensus in executive authorities, and improve
relations with the Croatian partner in BH.
The Bosniak leader also advocated urgent implementation of a state
presidency decision on two-way return of 6,000 refugees to
Sarajevo, Mostar and Banja Luka, and the drawing-up of a plan of
exchange of refugees, which should facilitate the implementation
of the arbitration decision on Brcko, a town in northern Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
