BELGRADE, March 31 (Hina) - The Yugoslav Army General Staff on Tuesday evening reported that military courts and prosecutor's offices have been established for criminal offence which affect the army's ability to fight. During a state
of war, military courts and prosecutor's offices will be in charge of criminal offences, such as failure to follow orders or to be consripted as well as cases of deserting from the army. The severest penalties are set for those offences.(hina) it/ms
