Since the revocation of the contract, the trade between the two countries has continuously been falling. Under the new deal, Croatia will immediately rescind all duties on industrial goods and agricultural produce imported from Bosnia, whereas Sarajevo will gradually annul duties on Croatian agricultural products and foodstuffs so that in 2004 it will be covered by preferential duty of one percent. During today's meeting Bosnian and southern Croatian business people considered possibilities for the promotion of cooperation in the fields of construction materials, metal-working industry, food-processing industry, transport, production of drinks, textile and wood-processing industry.
