and creates conditions for a more effective performance of police duties regarding ethics, professionalism, law-based actions and the rule of law, the Government's public relations office said in a statement issued after the session. The Government also discussed a report on fire protection with special attention paid to the period between June 1 to August 31 of this year, and committed a group f experts to prepare a number of measures to improve the fire protection system in the country. As part of the programme of economising the diplomatic service, the
Government decided to close down the Croatian Consulate General in
