Minister Zupan Ruskovic voiced her belief that the zero rate of the Value Added Tax (VAT) for the organised arrivals of guests from abroad would be of great benefit for Croatia's tourism. She announced the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) and other banks as well would reschedule their loans granted in tourism. Some of biggest problems which tourist trade is faced with at local levels are bad roads, a cut in accommodation capacities, a lack of space at parking lots and inadequate border crossings between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina and between Croatia and Montenegro.
