ZAGREB, March 28 (Hina) - An International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation will begin its stay in Croatia by holding talks at the Croatian National Bank (HNB) and the Ministry of Finance, the HNB said in a statement on Tuesday. IMF's
six-member delegation, headed by Hans Flickenschild, will stay in Croatia two weeks. The talks with representatives of the Croatian government and competent Croatian institutions will tackle a new Croatia-IMF arrangement. The Croatian government on March 16 consented to the commencement of negotiations on the signing of a new stand-by arrangement between Croatia and the IMF. Talks on future co-operation were already held in February, when Flickenschild, the chief of IMF's Mission to Croatia, had visited Croatia.(hina) ha jn
