ZAGREB, March 28 (Hina) - As of May 1 this year Croatia's Institute for Pension Insurance will no longer pay pensions to insured persons from Bosnia Herzegovina, what the Institute has done for eight years since 1992, said Croatian Labour and Social Welfare Minister Davorko Vidovic. The 23-24 March negotiations, which took place in Zagreb, were not completed in the spirit of the complete understanding, according to Vidovic, and the two parties did not sign a joint statement, but the Bosnian delegation accepted the responsibility for paying those pensions. In addition, the payment of pensions in Bosnia is three months behind the schedule and pensions for May will be paid in August. Croatia's Institute is obliged to pay pensions to 9.573 insurees who are now living in Bosnia-Herzegovina but earned pension working in Croatia. (hina) mm ms
