BUDAPEST MEETING OF YUGO NEIGHBOURS' PREMIERS BUDAPEST, March 16 (Hina) - Premiers of countries bordering with Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro), NATO Secretary-General, and European Union High Representative for foreign policy and
security, Javier Solana, will hold a meeting in Budapest on 17 and 18 March to discuss tension in the region caused by the situation in Yugoslavia. The meeting has been convened, owing to the mounting tension in the region caused by increased violence in Kosovo and strong pressure which Belgrade is exerting on Montenegro. Croatia's Premier will arrive in the Hungarian capital on Friday to take part in the meeting. Racan will meet his Bulgarian, Albanian and Romanian counterparts on Friday on the margin of the conference, and on Saturday he will hold talks with Hungarian Premier Viktor Orban.(hina) mm ms
