said in the Romanian town of Sinai, which is hosting the second

Croatia has the status of an observer in the SEECP, and Sabor's
foreign affairs committee is taking part in it for the first time.
This regional initiative, now included into the Stability Pact for
Southeast Europe, was established in June 1996 in Sofia.
Member-states of the SEECP are Albania, Bulgaria, Greece,
Macedonia, Romania, Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro) and Turkey.
Besides Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina is also an observer.
