Kutle and another nine persons, former members of the 'Tisak' management, directors of his companies and his business partners, are suspected of having abused their offices in economic activities and inflicted damage on 'Tisak' amounting to about 48 million kuna (about US$6.4 million). After the questioning, Kutle will be taken before the Zagreb County Court investigating judge. Another three former members of the 'Tisak' management were arrested last night and taken to the Zagreb County Court investigating centre. They are out on a pre-trial release.(hina) rml
