ZAGREB, Feb 3 (Hina) - Zdenko Francetic, a former director of the "Tisak" company, the biggest press distributor in Croatia and former members of Tisak management, Bozidar Maric and Petar Anic, who were detained in the Zagreb prison
called Remetinec on Wednesday night, were set free on Thursday after the had been questioned for seven hours at the County Court in the Croatian capital. After the end of the questioning, an investigative judge, Mirjana Rigljan said she had received charges from the police against Miroslav Kutle, a majority owner of that company, the aforementioned three men and another six persons on suspicion they have abused office and committed white-collar crimes. Judge Rigljan said she did not know why police had not brought Kutle and other six people at the court, nor did she have information on their whereabouts. Francetic, Maric and Anic presented their

Wednesday night, were set free on Thursday after the had been
questioned for seven hours at the County Court in the Croatian

Francetic, Maric and Anic presented their defence in detail and
answered all questions in presence of their lawyer Dragomir Jukic.
They pleaded not guilty, she added stressing that their release was
a part of normal procedure and there was no proposal for keeping
those three men in custody.
