ZAGREB POLICE ISSUES ARREST WARRANT FOR KUTLE ZAGREB, Feb 3 (Hina) - Zagreb Police on Wednesday arrested former director of Croatia's greatest distributing company "Tisak" Zdenko Francetic and members of the Board Bozidar Maric and
Petar Anic, while an arrest warrant was issued for the majority owner of "Tisak", Miroslav Kutle.They are accused of causing financial damage to Tisak of a total of over DM12 million. At Thursday's press conference, the police said that Francetic and Maretic were accused of five crimes of abuse of authorities in economic transactions, while Anic was accused of one crime. Charges were filed against another five persons for helping the three suspects, namely Kutle's business partners and directors of the companies, who were released on bail. According to the head of the Zagreb police, an investigation was conducted prior to filing charges. The investigation lasted one year and there is evidence which lead to a belief that the amount stolen
